Cancelation Policy 

Please note that we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. If you provide less than 24 hours' notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled treatment. We would require a cancelation fee if its 24 hours notice. For our services that require a deposit this is non-refundable if you cancel. 

We kindly ask that you consider this policy before making a booking and when scheduling your appointment and respect it, as it is designed to support our self-employed staff. We urge you to carefully review and understand our policy.

POLICY

1. Timeliness: Please make every effort to arrive on time for your appointment. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or cancellation. We offer gentle appointment reminders via email and text messages and can also provide appointment cards in the salon upon booking.

2. Flexibility: We may contact you on the day of your appointment if we have the opportunity to see you earlier. We aim to accommodate our clients' schedules whenever possible, so feel free to take advantage of this if it works better for you.

​

3. Booking Confirmation: Making a booking online confirms your appointment. Avoid making multiple bookings if you cannot commit to attending them.

​

4. Deposits: For longer appointments or those exceeding a certain value, we may request a deposit, especially during busy periods like holidays. This will secure your appointment, failure to pay the deposit may resort in your appointment being cancelled. If you are new to the salon we may ask for a deposit this deters time wasting and clients booking appointment they don't intent to keep.

5. Pricing: Treatment prices can vary depending on the service you require. Please read the full description when booking online or contact the salon for assistance. We may not be able to offer the service if you dont read the full description properly.

6. Payment Methods: We accept card payments, bank transfer and cash. All our staff are self-employed so therefor have their own payment method that works best for them.

​

7. Patch Tests: Some treatments require a patch test, which can be booked online through our booking system. These tests are required every six months, and if your health has recently changed, we may ask you to undergo another patch test. If you refuse a patch test this will resort in your appointment being cancelled. 

​

8. Online Consultation: It's mandatory to complete online consultation forms to ensure we have your complete medical history before any treatment. Failure to comply with may result in the treatment not going ahead. 

​

9. Respect: We kindly request that you treat our staff with respect both within and outside the salon. We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not adhering to our policies. If you are unhappy with a treatment we ask they communicate with us and we will try our best to put things right. 

​

10. Highly Trained Staff: Rest assured that all our staff are highly trained and possess the necessary certifications to perform treatments on the general public. Staff are all insured to carry out the treatments they offer to you. 

​

11. Pregnancy: if you are pregnant we ask that you inform us verbally and on the online consultation. Unfortunately we are unable to perform a lot of treatments due to health and safety and insurance policies. 

​

12. Under 16s: We aren't allowed to perform majority of our treatments on anyone under the age of 16. Please don't be offended if we challenge your age. We ask that you complete the online consultation form and inform us verbally. 

​

Without our polices we wouldn't be able to run our business, therefor we really appreciate that you all follow these guidelines and respect them.
